Step by step procedure to Deregister from BOB World
Step 1 : Open any browser from your mobile device
Step 2 : Visit this url from your mobile device or laptop
Step 3 : Click on login button at top right corner then select option from dropdown as bob World Internet(Net Banking) India
Step 4 : Then enter your userid to login into the portal and click on the Login Option
Step 5 : Enter OTP which is sent to your registered mobile number and click on the continue button.
Step 6 : After logged into the BOB Internet Banking portal. Click on the menu button (3 lines on left side) – Click on Service – Click on Mobile Banking(Bob World).
Step 7 : Then click on the 2nd Option which is deregistration Then it will ask you to select Userid for which you want to deregister the BOB World App, Then press continue button.
Step 8 : Then you have to enter your Transaction Pin after filling up the details. After You will get notification as De-registration successful.
Step 9 : Then you can try to Login into BOB World App. Using Option Login to bob World. Select sim card which is given into your bank account.
Step 10 :Then you will prompt up the mobile number from which app is going to send SMS. If you wish to continue then click confirm.
Step 11 : Then you will get reference ID and OTP and that would be filled automatically in the app.
Step 12 : Then if you have get BOB Debit card then it will be verified in this page where you have to enter your debit card last 6 numbers, account number which is 14 digits, debit card validity details have to enter.
Step 13 : Registration will be successful once all above step are completed. Then you will get the 4 digit activation code via SMS to Mobile number You have to enter that details here.
Step 14 : After that you have to enter 4 digit new Transaction pin on this screen and you have to re – enter that pin for confirm click next.
Step 15 : Then you have to enter the login pin. After that you will get the Congratulations message on your mobile screen as well as you will get the message from the bank for confirmation of the same.
Step 16 : Once you have completed all these steps then you can try to login into app using the login pin.
